Dieujuste Junette lives in Gatreau, Gonaives, Haiti. She has 5 children. Unfortunately, none of these children are taken care of by their fathers, leaving Junette a single mother, upon speaking to her Junette stated one of the children went on a quest for food in the Dominican Republic in search of food.

Junette, the mother of these 5 children, is going through an extremely difficult situation. She plays the role of both mother and father in the family. Everything the house needs has to come from her. Whether it’s food, clothing, education, healthcare, a house for the children to live in, or anything else, everything depends on the miserable mother Junette.

Junette and her children live in a small, crumbling hut made of sheet metal. This hut doesn’t protect them from the rain. When it rains, they get wet in this hut. Their lives are really not safe in this hut. But unfortunately, they have no other choice. To provide for some of her family’s needs, Junette worked in a lady’s house. She cleaned, washed, ironed clothes, and prepared food. Unfortunately, the lady she worked for left for the United States. Since then, her life has become a living hell, she no longer works. She really has no one to help her. She’s looking for work. But so far, she can’t find any. Her life was steeped in misery. With the help of some friends, she manages to send some of her children to school, but with all the striking shortcomings we can imagine.

Financial aid and school supplies that could transform her life would help her achieve well-being and save her children’s social and educational lives.
